By accessing our website (https://thecpr.pro), enrolling in courses, submitting booking inquiries, or consenting to SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Training
The CPR Pro provides American Heart Association (AHA) authorized emergency cardiovascular care training, Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, AED, and First Aid instruction for healthcare professionals, workplace teams, and individuals.
3. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number on our website forms, checkout pages, or booking calendars, you expressly opt-in to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing text messages from The CPR Pro.
Program Description: Messages may include class booking confirmations, calendar reminders, travel updates for on-site concierge classes, 2-year certification renewal alerts, customer support inquiries, and occasional promotional discounts.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your class enrollment, inquiry status, and certification expiration cycle.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon texting STOP, we will send one final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate opt-in.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed, misrouted, or undelivered messages.

4. Registration, Rescheduling, & Cancellation Policy
To maintain small, interactive class sizes and accommodate concierge travel:
Individual Rescheduling: You may reschedule your registered class at no additional charge by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Individual Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations requested with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable, but registration fees may be applied toward a future session within 90 days at our discretion.
On-Site Corporate / Group Classes: Custom rescheduling or group head-count modifications must be confirmed in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled training date.
5. Certification & AHA Digital eCard Delivery
Requirements: Issuance of an official AHA 2-year certification eCard is contingent upon active participation, successful hands-on skills verification, and achieving a passing grade on any course-required written examination.
Delivery: Official AHA eCards are typically generated and issued digitally the same day or within 24 business hours following successful course completion and full payment.
AHA Non-Sponsorship & Course Fee Statement: The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
6. Health, Physical Participation, & Safety Notice
CPR training involves physical exertion, including kneeling, bending, and performing chest compressions on floor and table manikins. If you have any medical condition, physical limitation, or injury that may impair your ability to perform these actions, please notify your instructor prior to class. Reasonable accommodations will be provided where practical in accordance with AHA guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
The training provided by The CPR Pro is intended solely for educational purposes in life support and first aid techniques. While our courses follow AHA standards, The CPR Pro and its instructors cannot guarantee specific patient survival outcomes or clinical results in real-world emergencies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The CPR Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
